The Bosch Rexroth DZT-XA2-1X/60 (0811104125) is a high-quality pressure relief valve designed for precise control and safety in hydraulic systems. This direct operated valve, belonging to the DBT series, is engineered for subplate mounting and is suitable for incorporation into control panel designs. It functions as a pilot control valve, making it ideal for managing larger flow rates indirectly. The robust construction of the valve includes a durable housing (1), a responsive valve poppet (2), and a secure valve seat (3). The interaction between these components ensures reliable operation; in its default state, the poppet remains seated, effectively sealing off the connection between the pressure (P) and tank (T) ports to maintain system integrity. The manual setting of this model is facilitated through an adjustment type (4), allowing operators to precisely set the desired system pressure. When in operation, if the hydraulic force reaches the threshold set by this adjustment mechanism, the valve activates to maintain pressure at the predetermined level. The excess fluid is then diverted from P to T as the poppet lifts away from its seat, preventing potential damage due to overpressure. One of the key features of this Bosch model is its minimum pressure capability; even with a completely unloaded spring (5), it can maintain a minimum pressure of 3 bar due to spring preload force. This ensures that some level of system pressure is always maintained for operational stability. Designed primarily as pilot control valves, these units are integral in facilitating indirect control over larger flows within hydraulic systems. Pressure relief valves of type DBT are remote control valves with seat design and are used for limiting a system pressure.
The setting is completed manually, via the adjustment type (4).
The valves basically consist of the housing (1), the valve poppet (2) and the related valve seat (3).
In the unloaded position, the valve poppet (2) pushes onto the valve seat (3) and blocks the connection between P and T connection.
If the hydraulic force equals the force set at the adjustment type (4), the valve controls the set pressure.
By lifting off the valve poppet (2) from the valve seat (3), the excessive hydraulic fluid may flow off from P to T.
With completely unloaded spring (5), the minimum pressure of 3 bar (spring preload force) will settle.
These valves are basically used as pilot control valves for the indirect control of larger flows.
