The Bosch Rexroth 3FREX6B-1X/35L2G24-25N12Z4MM-254 (0811403116) is a high-performance proportional flow control valve designed for precise fluid management in hydraulic systems. This direct-operated valve can be configured as either a 2-way or a 3-way control unit, with the functionality determined by the assignment of its hydraulic ports. In the 3-way mode, residual flow is directed via port P, while in the 2-way setup, flow is managed from A to B with ports P and T being closed. Featuring an adjustable solenoid current for fine-tuning, this valve boasts a hysteresis of less than 5%, ensuring reliable and consistent performance. The valve's operation is facilitated by a proportional solenoid that allows for smooth and accurate control over fluid flow rates. It is designed for subplate mounting and adheres to the ISO 4401 porting pattern standard. The Bosch Rexroth 3FREX6B-1X/35L2G24-25N12Z4MM-254 valve comes equipped with different designs of valve amplifier electronics to suit various application needs. The "NO" (normally open) configuration is specifically meant for use as a 2-way flow control valve, while the "NC" (normally closed) version can function as either a 3-way or 2-way valve. This flexibility makes it suitable for a wide range of hydraulic applications where precise flow regulation is critical.
Proportional flow control valves of type 3(2)FREX without position control are offered in sizes 6 and 10. Operation is effected by means of proportional solenoid. The hysteresis is < 5 %. The valve amplifier electronics are available in different designs. The “NO” (normally open) symbol can only be used as 2-way flow control valve (type 2FREX). The “NC” (normally closed” symbol can be used as 3-way or 2-way flow control valve. Due to the valve housing, the residual flow in the 3-way version is guided via port P. For the 2-way version, the following is true: A to B (P and T are closed).
