The Bosch Rexroth DZ6DP2-5X/60XYMW2 (R900513572) is a high-performance direct operated pressure sequence valve designed for efficient control in hydraulic systems. This valve ensures pressure-dependent connection of a second system, with the sequencing pressure set through an adjustable component. It features a robust compression spring that maintains the control spool in its initial position, keeping the valve blocked until the pressure in channel P reaches the spring's set value. Once this pressure is attained, the control spool shifts to connect P to A without inducing a pressure drop. The DZ6DP2-5X/60XYMW2 can receive its control signal either internally from channel P or externally via port BX. The design allows for flexibility in leakage oil discharge, which can be executed externally through port TY or internally through A, affecting the set cracking pressure if discharged internally. The optional installation of a check valve facilitates free return flow of hydraulic fluid from A to P. For monitoring purposes, this model includes a pressure gauge connection that allows for direct observation of sequencing pressure at the valve itself. The DZ6DP2-5X/60XYMW2 adheres to standardized mounting patterns, including DIN form A and ISO patterns with locating holes for ease of installation on various subplates (ordered separately). It offers multiple adjustment types such as rotary knob, threaded pin with hexagon and protective cap, lockable rotary knob with scale, and rotary knob with scale. This Bosch Rexroth valve is engineered for subplate mounting and comes in various sizes and component series X. It boasts maximum operating pressures up to bar levels and can handle maximum flow rates measured in liters per minute (l/min), ensuring it meets diverse operational requirements across applications.
Valve type DZ 6 DP is a direct operated pressure sequence valve. It is applied for pressure-dependent connection of a second system. The sequencing pressure is set via the adjustment type (4).
The compression spring (3) holds the control spool (2) in initial position, the valve is blocked. The pressure in channel P is applied via the control line (6) at the spool face of the control spool (2) opposite the compression spring (3).
If the pressure in channel P reaches the set value of the compression spring (3), the control spool (2) is moved to the left and the connection from P to A is opened. The system connected to channel A is connected without a pressure drop in channel P.
The control signal is received internally via the control line (6) from channel P or externally via port B (X).
Depending on the use of the valve, leakage oil discharge is realized externally via port T (Y) or internally via A.
Attention!
With internal leakage oil discharge, the set cracking pressure is increased by the pressure in channel A.
A check valve (5) can be optionally installed for free hydraulic fluid return flow back from channel A to channel P.
A pressure gauge connection (1) enables control of the sequencing pressure at the valve.
