This pump preload valve is particularly suitable for use with control pumps like the AVSO with SYDFE adjustment when there is a need to manage flow at operating pressures below a designated bar value and only internal pilot fluid is available for adjustment. The product's design encompasses both preload functionality and maximum pressure limitation, providing users with a reliable safety mechanism to prevent continuous operation under excessive pressure conditions. It's important to note that upon installation, it is necessary to bleed the system to ensure proper function. The SYDZ 0001-1X/300V028M attaches directly to the SAE pressure connection of variable displacement pumps from Bosch Rexroth's AVSO series as indicated in their documentation (RE series). This unit comes in various sizes and supports maximum operating pressures up to a certain bar level as defined by its ordering code. The pressure pre-loading is only effective within the pressure range up to 20 bar. If the operating pressure in port P1 exceeds 30 bar, the preload valve (1) is completely opened. For limitation of the maximum pressure, a pressure relief valve (2) is integrated in the pump preload valve which is fixedly set at the factory (see ordering code). An integrated check valve (3) that may be available allows for the pressure control in the range < 20 bar.
