The Bosch Rexroth 80.45/21 VS60-S00-0-M (R928028019) is a meticulously engineered filter element designed to play a crucial role in the purification and maintenance of various fluids and gases within industrial systems. This particular filter element is pivotal in the filtration process, as it directly influences key filtration variables including retention capacity, dirt holding capacity, and pressure loss. Constructed with superior materials, it ensures the effective removal of contaminants from hydraulic fluids within hydraulic systems, as well as from lubricants and other industrial fluids. The model code 80.45/21 VS60-S00-0-M signifies specific characteristics of the filter element, such as its size and filter rating, which are essential for matching with compatible systems to achieve optimal filtration performance. The precision in design allows this Bosch Rexroth filter element to provide reliable protection against particulate contamination, thereby extending the life of industrial equipment and reducing downtime caused by maintenance. In addition to its primary role in maintaining fluid cleanliness, this filter element also contributes to the overall efficiency of industrial operations by ensuring that systems operate at their intended performance levels without being impeded by clogging or excessive pressure loss. Its robust construction means it can withstand the demanding conditions typical of industrial environments while consistently delivering high-quality filtration results.
The filter element is the central component of industrial filters. The actual filtration process takes part in the filter element. The main filter variables, such as retention capacity, dirt holding capacity and pressure loss are determined by the filter elements and the filter media used in them. Rexroth filter elements are used for the filtration of hydraulic fluids in the hydraulic system as well as for the filtration of lubricants, industrial fluids and gases.

Important information on hydraulic fluids!
For more information and data on the use of other hydraulic fluids, please refer to data sheet 90220 or contact us! Flame-resistant – containing water: Due to possible chemical reactions with materials or surface coatings of machine and system components, the service life with these hydraulic fluids may be less than expected. Filter materials made of filter paper P must not be used, filter elements with glass fiber material have to be used instead. Bio-degradable: If filter materials made of filter paper are used, the filter life may be shorter than expected due to material incompatibility and swelling.|
