The Bosch Rexroth DZ10DP2-4X/75Y/12 (R978878213) is a direct operated pressure sequence valve designed for the precise control of hydraulic systems. This valve is specifically engineered to facilitate the pressure-dependent connection of a secondary system, with the sequencing pressure being adjustable via various methods, including a rotary knob, threaded pin with hexagon and protective cap, lockable rotary knob with scale, or a rotary knob with scale. The model features a compression spring that maintains the control spool in its initial position, ensuring that the valve remains blocked until the appropriate pressure threshold is achieved in channel A. Upon reaching the set value dictated by the compression spring, the control spool shifts to allow flow from A to B, enabling the secondary system to be engaged without impacting pressure in channel A. The control signal for this operation can be sourced internally from channel A or externally through port X. Additionally, this model offers flexibility in dealing with leakage oil discharge which can be managed externally via port Y or internally through channel B. The DZ10DP2-4X/75Y/12 comes equipped with an optional check valve for unimpeded hydraulic fluid return from channel B to A and also includes a pressure gauge connection for monitoring sequencing pressure directly at the valve. This particular unit is designed for subplate mounting and adheres to ISO porting patterns. It boasts high maximum operating pressures and flow rates, ensuring it can handle demanding applications effectively. With its robust design and precision control capabilities, this Bosch Rexroth sequence valve is an essential component for advanced hydraulic systems requiring reliable performance under varying pressures and flows.
Valve type DZ 10 DP is a direct operated pressure sequence valve. It is applied for pressure-dependent connection of a second system. The sequencing pressure is set via the adjustment type (1).
The compression spring (2) holds the control spool (3) in initial position, the valve is blocked. The pressure in channel A is applied via the control line (4) at the spool face of the control spool (3) opposite the compression spring (2).
If the pressure in channel A reaches the set value of the compression spring (2), the control spool (3) is moved to the right and the connection from A to B is opened. The system connected to channel B is connected without a pressure drop in channel A.
The control signal is received internally via the control line (4) from channel A or externally via port X.
Depending on the use of the valve, leakage oil discharge is realized externally via port Y or internally via B.
Attention!
With internal leakage oil discharge, the set cracking pressure is increased by the pressure in channel B.
A check valve (5) can be optionally installed for free hydraulic fluid return flow from channel B to channel A.
A pressure gauge connection (6) enables control of the sequencing pressure at the valve.
