The Hengst 150LDN0250-G25A00-V5,0-M-R6 (Material Number: 1012675B) is a high-performance hydraulic-duplex in-line filter designed for the efficient filtration of solids from hydraulic fluids and lubricating oils. This filter is engineered for installation in pipelines and allows for the replacement of filter elements without interrupting system operation, ensuring continuous performance. The design features a robust nodular cast iron and carbon steel housing, with a filtration grade of 25 microns using stainless steel wire mesh as the filter media. It supports top or back mounting options and accommodates horizontal port positions following ISO228-1 standards. The filter is equipped with an optical indicator for maintenance alerts and has a nominal pressure rating of 150 bar, with a maximum working pressure capacity of up to 160 bar. Its bypass cracking pressure is rated at 7 bar, while the switching point for the optical indicator is set at 5 bar. The Hengst model also includes compatibility with HFC/HFA fluids and meets DIN24550 standards. With its stopcock change-over design, this duplex filter ensures reliable operation in demanding applications where uninterrupted fluid flow is critical.

Duplex filters are used in hydraulic systems for the filtration of solids from hydraulic fluids and lubricating oils. They are intended for installation in pipelines. The Filter Elements can be replaced without interrupting operation.
