The Sun Hydraulics CKCFVCN (CKCFVCN) is a pilot-to-open check valve designed with a steel seat and sealed pilot, featuring a vented configuration that enhances its operational reliability and performance. This valve facilitates free flow from valve port 2 to load port 1 while blocking the flow in the opposite direction, ensuring effective control over fluid movement in hydraulic systems. The external pilot port requires pressure to open the valve from port 1 to port 2, with the necessary pilot pressure being directly proportional to the load pressure at port 1. A key feature of this model is its insensitivity to pressure at port 2 due to its spring chamber referencing vent port 3. This valve is a pilot to open check valve. It has a sealed pilot, a steel seat, and is vented. It allows free flow from the valve (port 2) to the load (port 1) and blocks flow in the opposite direction. Pressure at the external pilot port will open the valve from port 1 to port 2. Pilot pressure needed to open the valve is directly proportional to the load pressure at port 1. The valve is insensitive to pressure at port 2 because the spring chamber references the vent (port 3).
