The Sun Hydraulics CSZNXXV (CSZNXXV) is a precision-engineered hydraulic shuttle valve designed for seamless integration into manifold or actuator systems. This insert-style valve is specifically tailored for applications requiring reliable switching between two work ports based on the higher pressure signal, which is sensed at port 2. The CSZNXXV model operates with a single ball shuttle mechanism that facilitates the decay of the pressure signal when both load ports experience a drop in pressure, ensuring efficient and stable operation. Constructed with hardened steel balls and seats, the CSZNXXV valve offers exceptional wear characteristics and high tolerance to contamination, making it suitable for challenging industrial environments. It also incorporates Sun\u2019s unique floating style construction which minimizes potential issues such as internal parts binding, commonly caused by excessive installation torque or variations in cavity/cartridge machining. Designed to fit within a T382A cavity, this shuttle valve has a flow capacity of 1 gpm (4 L/min) and can withstand maximum operating pressures up to 5000 psi (350 bar). It also features an internal hex size of 5/32 in. (4 mm) and requires an installation torque between 100 - 120 lbf\u00b7in (11 - 14 Nm).
