The Sun Hydraulics CXADLZV (CXADLZV) is a high-performance check valve designed for hydraulic applications requiring reliable, one-way flow control. This model features a unique freeflow, side-to-nose configuration that facilitates free flow from inlet port 2 to outlet port 1 while blocking reverse flow, making it an essential component for systems where manifold drillings might be incorrectly aligned. The CXADLZV can handle a maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi (350 bar) at both ports and offers a choice of cracking pressures at 4, 30, and 75 psi (0.3, 2, and 5 bar), accommodating various application needs. This two-port check valve has a flow capacity of approximately 7.5 gpm (30 L/min), which is about 30% less than models with a nose-to-side flow path but still sufficient for many circuit operations. It boasts an extremely low maximum leakage rate of less than one drop per minute (0.07 cc/min), ensuring efficient performance with minimal fluid loss. Free-flow, side-to-nose check valves are on/off circuit components that allow free flow from the inlet (port 2) to the outlet (port 1) and block flow in the opposite direction.
