The Sun Hydraulics CXDALGV (CXDALGV) is a high-performance check valve designed for hydraulic applications requiring reliable, one-way flow control. This model operates effectively within a maximum pressure of 5000 psi (350 bar) at both inlet and outlet ports, making it suitable for high-pressure systems. The CXDALGV features a free flow from the inlet port 1 to the outlet port 2 while blocking flow in the opposite direction, ensuring efficient operation and system integrity. With a maximum valve leakage rate of less than 1 drop per minute (0.07 cc/min), this check valve offers exceptional sealing performance, minimizing system losses and maintaining pressure integrity. It is compatible with hydraulic fluids and incorporates EPDM seals specifically for use with phosphate ester fluids; however, these seals must not be exposed to petroleum-based fluids as they could be damaged. The valve's construction includes Sun's floating style design which helps prevent internal parts binding that can occur due to excessive installation torque or variations in cavity/cartridge machining. This feature enhances the durability and reliability of the valve in various operational conditions. The CXDALGV has a compact frame size with a T13A cavity designation and supports up to 20 gpm (80 L/min) capacity, making it versatile for different flow requirements in hydraulic circuits. It is also corrosion-resistant, tailored for use in corrosive environments when configured appropriately. Installation requires specific torque settings between 30 \u2013 35 lbf-ft (41 \u2013 47 Nm), ensuring secure fitting without compromising the valve's performance or structure. Weighing just 0.20 lb (0.10 kg), this model is lightweight yet robust enough to withstand demanding applications.

Free-flow, nose-to-side check valves are on/off circuit components that allow free flow from the inlet (port 1) to the outlet (port 2) and block flow in the opposite direction.
- Two-port check valves share the same cavity for a given frame size, however, pay close attention as flow paths may be in opposite directions.
- Check valves offer extremely low leakage rates with a maximum leakage of less than 1 drop per minute (0,07 cc/min).
- Will accept 5000 psi (350 bar) at ports 1 and 2.
- Cartridges configured with EPDM seals are for use in systems with phosphate ester fluids. Exposure to petroleum based fluids, greases and lubricants will damage the seals.
- Corrosion resistant cartridge valves are intended for use in corrosive environments and are identified by the model code suffix /AP or /LH (see CONFIGURATION section). For further details, please see the Materials of Construction page.
- Incorporates the Sun floating style construction to minimize the possibility of internal parts binding due to excessive installation torque and/or cavity/cartridge machining variations.
