The Sun Hydraulics DNCADJV512 (DNCADJV512) is a high-performance, solenoid-operated, 4-way, 2-position cartridge valve that features a direct-acting, balanced spool with closed transition between positions. This design significantly minimizes oil loss during shifting, making it particularly suitable for pilot control circuits. The valve offers a capacity of 8 gpm/30 L/min and can handle maximum operating pressures up to 5000 psi/350 bar. Notably, the DNCADJV512 operates without requiring a minimum hydraulic pressure. This valve is versatile in terms of installation and environmental adaptability. It incorporates Sun\u2019s floating style construction which helps prevent internal parts from binding due to excessive installation torque or variations in cavity/cartridge machining.
