The Sun Hydraulics DNDCXAV924N (DNDCXAV924N) is a direct acting, solenoid-operated, 4-way, 3-position spool valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. This valve features a spring-centered neutral position and operates with no minimum hydraulic pressure requirement, making it highly versatile for various applications. When coil A is energized, the flow direction is from port 3 P to port 2 A and from port 4 B to port 1 T. Conversely, when coil B is energized, the flow shifts from port 3 to port 4 and from port 2 to port 1. The solenoid tube assembly is robustly engineered for fatigue resistance at service pressures up to 5000 psi (350 bar). This model incorporates a wet armature design that allows working fluid to surround the armature, potentially impacting performance if the coil remains energized over extended periods.
