The Sun Hydraulics DNDCXCV2E24V (DNDCXCV2E24V) is a direct acting, solenoid-operated, 4-way, 3-position spool valve designed for high-efficiency and reliable performance. This valve is spring-centered to the neutral position and operates with no minimum hydraulic pressure. When coil A is energized, hydraulic flow is directed from port 3 (P) to port 2 (A) and from port 4 (B) to port 1 (T). Conversely, energizing coil B redirects flow from port 3 to port 4 and from port 2 to port 1. The solenoid tube assembly is rated for up to 5000 psi (350 bar), ensuring durability under demanding conditions. The valve's wet armature design allows the working fluid to surround the armature, which may impact performance if exposed to prolonged heat generated by the coil. It features interchangeable coils compatible with other Sun Series 1 solenoid products, providing flexibility in installation. With a maximum capacity of 5 gpm (20 L/min), it can handle significant flow rates efficiently. This direct acting, solenoid-operated, 4-way, 3-position spool valve is spring centered to the neutral position. When coil A is energized, the flow is from port 3 (P) to port 2 (A) and from port 4 (B) to port 1 (T). When coil B is energized, the flow is from port 3 to port 4 and from port 2 to port 1.

  • This valve is direct actuated and requires no minimum hydraulic pressure for operation.
  • In differential flow circuits, the higher return flow should be directed through port 2 (A) to port 1 (T).
  • Cartridges with EPDM seals are for use in systems with phosphate ester fluids. Exposure to petroleum based fluids, greases and lubricants will damage the seals.
