The Sun Hydraulics DOHCXHN (DOHCXHN) is a normally open, balanced poppet switching element designed for high-pressure hydraulic systems. This valve features a unique balanced construction that ensures reliable switching at pressures up to 5000 psi (350 bar) across ports 1 and 2, provided the external drain is open and the pilot pressure is maintained at a minimum of 300 psi (20 bar). The valve exhibits an impressively low leakage rate between port 1 and port 2, typically less than 10 drops per minute at maximum pressure. It is hydraulically balanced between these ports, ensuring stability and performance in demanding applications.
