The Sun Hydraulics DOJRXHV (DOJRXHV) is a normally open, balanced poppet switching element designed for precise hydraulic control. This valve remains open when the vent port 4 is blocked and shifts to a closed position when vented, given there is sufficient pressure at port 3. Its unique balanced construction allows predictable switching at high pressures of up to 5000 psi (350 bar) at both ports 1 and 2, with the vent port open and a minimum pilot pressure of 400 psi (30 bar) at port 3. The hydraulically balanced design between ports 1 and 2 ensures minimal leakage, typically less than 10 drops/min at full pressure. Ports are fully sealed from each other to prevent cross-contamination, with ports 3 and 4 positively sealed for optimal performance. The valve's capacity is rated at 120 gpm (480 L/min), with a requirement for a minimum pilot pressure of 300 psi (20 bar) to shift the valve effectively.
