The Sun Hydraulics DSEHXDN (Material Number: DSEHXDN) is a lowside hot oil shuttle cartridge designed to efficiently divert hot oil from the low-pressure side of a closed-loop hydraulic system. This valve is engineered to spring-center to an all-ports-blocked position when both work ports, ports 2 and 4, are at equal pressures. If one work port experiences higher pressure, the opposite port connects to the common port, port 3. A key feature of this product is its hydraulic stop, which eliminates mechanical impact and potential internal damage. This design results in a small pilot flow from the high-pressure work port to the common port, allowing for hot oil relief setting confirmation with the transmission in neutral. Low-side (hot oil) shuttle cartridges allow hot oil to be diverted from the low pressure side of a closed loop system.
