The Sun Hydraulics DSEYXDV (DSEYXDV) is a 2-position, 3-way vent-to-shift diverter valve designed to be normally open from port 3 to port 4. This valve shifts to connect port 3 to port 2 when the pressure differential between port 3 and port 1 exceeds the spring force, and port 1 is vented. It features a modulating capability between its two positions and requires a pressure source at port 3 relative to port 1 for operation. The valve's self-cleaning vent-to-shift function ensures it remains insensitive to contamination. It can be used in pairs for selecting between two motors or pumps, with the option of using one pilot valve to vent multiple diverter valves if blocking checks are implemented at each diverter's port 1.
