The Sun Hydraulics FTC (FTC) is a versatile subplate designed for hydraulic systems, featuring an ISO 05 interface and a P to T manifold T port configuration. This model includes one open cavity, specifically the T10A cavity, and is equipped with a 12 NPTF port size. Constructed from robust 6061T651 aluminum, known for its excellent corrosion resistance and structural integrity, this subplate is suitable for applications where durability and reliability are paramount. The design allows it to be mounted on the top of a reservoir, with an NPTF tank port to facilitate connection below the oil level, ensuring efficient fluid management. The tank port and mounting holes come with O-rings to provide secure sealing against the mounting surface. It's crucial to consider the maximum system pressure as aluminum manifolds like this one are not rated for pressures exceeding 3000 psi (210 bar). This makes it ideal for applications within these parameters where effective pressure management is required.

Notes:
  • This subplate is designed to mount to the top of a reservoir. Tank is an NPTF port to accommodate a down pipe to drop the connection below the oil level. The tank port and mounting holes are supplied with O rings to seal to the mounting surface.
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
