The Sun Hydraulics FXAMXFV (FXAMXFV) is a fixed-orifice, pressure-compensated flow control valve designed for precise flow regulation in meter-in or meter-out applications, especially where wide pressure fluctuations occur. This insert-style valve is intended to be integrated into a manifold or actuator and utilizes the T8DP cavity. It supports a maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi (350 bar) at ports 1 and 2, ensuring robust performance under demanding conditions. The valve features a sharp-edged orifice design that minimizes flow variations due to viscosity changes, enhancing its reliability across various operational environments. The FXAMXFV offers multiple flow rates with specific tolerances: A Flow Rate at 32 cc/min (2.0 in\u00b3/min), B Flow Rate at 40 cc/min (2.5 in\u00b3/min), D and F Flow Rates at 48 cc/min (3.0 in\u00b3/min), H and J Flow Rates at 64 cc/min (4.0 in\u00b3/min), and L Flow Rate at 72 cc/min (4.5 in\u00b3/min).
