The Sun Hydraulics HDDATCN648 (HDDATCN648) is a solenoid-after check cartridge hybrid valve, combining a direct-acting solenoid poppet valve with a check function. This valve facilitates flow from the inlet port 2 to the system port 1, while blocking flow from port 2 to port 3 when the solenoid is de-energized. It is commonly used in lift-lower applications and can be integrated directly into actuators. The solenoid tube assembly is designed for fatigue resistance at pressures up to 5000 psi (350 bar). For models with D or L control, the detent mechanism in the manual override is intended for temporary actuation, with a mechanical life expectancy of approximately 7,000 cycles.
