The Sun Hydraulics HDDATCV812N (HDDATCV812N) is a solenoid-after check cartridge hybrid valve that integrates a direct-acting solenoid poppet valve after the check function. It allows flow from inlet port 2 to system port 1 while blocking flow from port 2 to port 3 when the solenoid is de-energized. This valve is ideal for lift-lower applications and can be directly integrated into actuators, making it suitable for load-holding purposes. The solenoid tube assembly is rated for fatigue at 5000 psi (350 bar), ensuring durability under high-pressure conditions. It features multiple manual override options, including a detent mechanism on D or L controls for temporary actuation with an approximate mechanical life expectancy of 7,000 cycles.
