The Sun Hydraulics JJH (Material Number: JJH) is a line mount manifold designed for hydraulic applications. This inline body type manifold features an interface with no open cavities and is equipped with a T-163A cavity. It offers two mounting holes, each with a diameter of 0.28 inches (7.1 mm), and these holes are drilled through the body for ease of installation. The manifold is constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, known for its strength, cost-effectiveness, machinability, availability in various shapes and sizes, and excellent corrosion resistance. The port size for this model is SAE 4, making it suitable for specific hydraulic system configurations. This product's design ensures durability and reliability in hydraulic systems operating at pressures up to 3000 psi (210 bar), which is the maximum pressure rating for aluminum manifolds regardless of port size or type. The Sun Hydraulics JJH manifold does not undergo anodization due to several reasons such as cost implications, logistical challenges, consistency issues, and potential negative impacts on fatigue life due to increased brittleness from anodizing processes. The JJH model's robust construction makes it ideal for use where reliable fluid control is essential without the need for an anodized surface finish. Its straightforward design supports easy integration into existing systems while maintaining high performance under demanding conditions.

Notes:
- Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
