The Sun Hydraulics LD5 (Material Number: LD5) is a versatile line mount manifold designed for use with cartridges utilizing the T18A cavity, compatible with the T18AU manifold. This product features a robust 1.25 SAE C62 interface and includes a through port 1 with a gauge port for enhanced monitoring capabilities. Constructed from durable 6061T651 aluminum, it offers excellent corrosion resistance without the need for anodizing, thus maintaining its integrity and reducing fatigue failure risks. The manifold accommodates 22 mounting holes with M14x1.5, 6H metric threads at a depth of .62 inches (15.7 mm), offering flexibility in installation. It has open cavities numbering at 11 and supports port sizes of 1-14 Code 62, making it suitable for various hydraulic applications requiring reliable fluid control and distribution. With its high tolerance to pressure up to 3000 psi (210 bar), this manifold is ideal for systems where maintaining structural integrity under stress is crucial.
  • All cartridges utilizing the T-18A cavity can be installed in this T-18AU manifold.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
