The Sun Hydraulics NCEBKCV (Material Number: NCEBKCV) is a precision-engineered needle valve with a reverse flow check, designed for precise flow regulation in hydraulic systems. This valve allows for fully adjustable orifice settings, ranging from completely closed to the maximum orifice diameter, facilitating optimal control over fluid flow. The integrated high-capacity check valve ensures unrestricted flow from port 2 to port 1, although the valve is not pressure compensated. This means that the flow regulation is dependent on the pressure differential across ports 1 and 2, with the orifice size controlling the flow in proportion to the square root of this differential. The NCEBKCV model is part of Sun Hydraulics' interchangeable line of 2-port flow control cartridges, sharing the same cavity and flow path dimensions within a given frame size. However, users should note that cartridge extension dimensions may differ from the mounting surface. The balanced adjustment mechanism incorporated into this model allows for easy adjustments even under high-pressure conditions.
