The Sun Hydraulics NCECKEV (Material Number: NCECKEV) is a needle valve with a reverse flow check designed for precise flow regulation. This valve features a fully adjustable orifice, allowing for infinite adjustment from fully closed to the maximum orifice diameter. It incorporates an integral high-capacity check valve that permits unrestricted flow from port 2 to port 1, though it is not pressure compensated. The NCECKEV model is part of Sun's 2-port flow control cartridges, which are interchangeable in terms of flow path and cavity for a given frame size, although extension dimensions may vary. This needle valve regulates flow based on the square root of the pressure differential across its ports due to its non-compensating nature.
