The Sun Hydraulics NCFCLBN (NCFCLBN) is a versatile needle valve with a reverse flow check, designed to regulate flow through fully adjustable orifices. This model allows for infinite adjustment from fully closed to the maximum orifice diameter, with an integral high-capacity check valve ensuring unrestricted flow from port 2 to port 1. Not pressure compensated, the valve's fixed orifice size regulates flow proportionally to the square root of the pressure differential across ports 1 and 2. It features a balanced adjustment mechanism for easy operation even under high pressures, and its sharp-edged orifice design minimizes flow variations due to viscosity changes. The floating style construction minimizes internal binding due to excessive installation torque or machining variations.
