The Sun Hydraulics NFBCKCN (NFBCKCN) is a versatile needle valve designed to offer precise flow regulation in various hydraulic systems. This fully adjustable orifice allows for infinite adjustments from fully closed to the maximum orifice diameter, making it suitable as both a flow control and shutoff valve. The NFBCKCN is not pressure compensated, meaning the flow rate is dependent on the pressure differential between ports 1 and 2, regulated by the fixed orifice size. Its balanced adjustment mechanism ensures easy operation even under high pressures, while the sharp-edged orifice design minimizes flow variations due to changes in fluid viscosity.
