The Sun Hydraulics PBJFNWN (PBJFNWN) is a pilot-operated, pressure reducing valve designed to reduce high primary pressure at inlet port 2 to a constant reduced pressure at port 1. This function allows circuits with multiple pressure requirements to be operated using a single pump, making it ideal for complex hydraulic systems. The valve features a main stage orifice drilled into the piston, enhancing durability for demanding applications. Cartridges with EPDM seals are suitable for systems using phosphate ester fluids but should avoid petroleum-based fluids as they can damage the seals.
