The Sun Hydraulics PPHBCDN (PPHBCDN) is a pilot-operated, pressure-reducing/relieving valve designed to manage high primary pressures at the inlet port 2, reducing them to a consistent pressure at port 1 while offering full-flow relief from port 1 to tank port 3. The valve's performance is influenced by the pressure at port 3, which adds directly to the valve setting on a 1:1 ratio and should not exceed 3000 psi (210 bar). The recommended maximum inlet pressure varies by adjustment range, with ranges D, E, N, and Q tested up to a 2000 psi (140 bar) differential and ranges A, B, and H up to a 3000 psi (210 bar) differential.
