The Sun Hydraulics PVFDKWN (PVFDKWN) is a ventable, pilot-operated pressure reducing/relieving valve designed to maintain a constant reduced pressure at port 1 from a higher primary pressure at the inlet, while providing a full-flow relief function from port 1 to tank port 3. The valve features a vent port (port 4) that enables remote control via pilot or 2-way valves. Its design incorporates the main stage orifice drilled directly into the piston, enhancing durability in physically demanding applications. The valve allows for direct additive pressure at port 3 relative to the valve setting at a 1:1 ratio, with a maximum limit of 3000 psi (210 bar).
