The Sun Hydraulics PVJDLHN (PVJDLHN) is a ventable, pilot-operated pressure reducing/relieving valve designed to maintain a constant reduced pressure at port 1 from a higher primary pressure at the inlet, with a full-flow relief function directed from port 1 to tank port 3. This valve features a vent port (port 4) that allows for remote control using pilot or 2-way valves. The pressure at port 3 can directly add to the valve setting at a 1:1 ratio, with a maximum limit of 3000 psi (210 bar). While these valves are not designed for fast-acting applications, they provide low deadband transition between reducing and relieving modes.
