The Sun Hydraulics QAX (QAX) is a line mount hydraulic manifold designed to accommodate high flow valves with a ninety-degree configuration and an integrated gauge port. This product features a T24A cavity and is constructed from 6061-T651 aluminum, known for its excellent corrosion resistance and structural integrity. The manifold includes two mounting holes with a diameter of .41 inches (10.4 mm) that go through the body, allowing for secure installation in various hydraulic systems. It also has one open cavity and uses a 1 BSPP port size, making it versatile for different hydraulic connections. This manifold is not anodized, which preserves its natural corrosion-resistant properties and avoids potential issues such as increased breakaway torque or reduced fatigue life that can occur with anodized surfaces. Suitable for systems operating at pressures up to 3000 psi (210 bar), the QAX manifold provides reliable performance while ensuring compatibility with Sun's cartridge valves, offering flexibility in system design and application.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
