The Sun Hydraulics QCE (QCE) is a line mount manifold designed for hydraulic systems, featuring a ninety-degree body type with no specific interface. It accommodates two mounting holes with a diameter of .41 inches (10.4 mm) that go through the entire depth, ensuring secure attachment. The manifold has one open cavity designed to fit the T-24A cavity type and comes equipped with a 1 NPTF port size for fluid connections. Made from 6061-T651 aluminum, this manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability without the need for anodizing, which can compromise fatigue life due to increased brittleness. It's important to note that while these aluminum manifolds are robust, they are not recommended for applications exceeding 3000 psi (210 bar) due to material limitations. This product is ideal for use in hydraulic systems where reliable fluid distribution and connection integrity are crucial.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
