The Sun Hydraulics RBAAJBN (RBAAJBN) is a direct-acting, pilot relief cartridge designed to remotely control the pressure setting of other pilot-operated valves. This component is suitable for load holding applications and should be used in conjunction with higher flow valves, as its capacity is limited to pilot flow. It features a main stage orifice protected by a 150-micron stainless steel screen and can handle a maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi (350 bar). The valve's response time is typically 2 milliseconds, with maximum valve leakage at 110 SUS (24 cSt) being 5 drops/min or 0.3 cc/min.
