The Sun Hydraulics RBADLBN (RBADLBN) is a direct-acting, pilot relief cartridge designed to incorporate back-to-back check valves. This unique configuration enables the valve to remotely control two other pilot-operated valves or function as a thermal relief for both ends of an actuator. The capacity of this valve is limited to pilot flow, making it suitable for use with other valves that have comparable pilot flows. The back-to-back check valves are instrumental in preventing cross talk between the two remotely controlled valves, ensuring seamless operation. A single adjustment controls both valves, simplifying the management process. The valve features a check cracking pressure of 15 psi (1 bar), and the pressure at port 3 directly adds to the valve setting, enhancing its load-holding capabilities.
