The Sun Hydraulics RBADLBV (RBADLBV) is a direct-acting, pilot relief cartridge featuring back-to-back check valves, designed to remotely control two other pilot-operated valves or serve as a thermal relief for both ends of an actuator. This valve is ideally suited for load holding applications, with its capacity limited to pilot flow, necessitating use with other valves of comparable pilot flows. The back-to-back check valves effectively prevent cross talk between the two remote-controlled valves, with a single adjustment managing both. The check cracking pressure is set at 15 psi (1 bar), and pressure at port 3 directly adds to the valve setting.
