The Sun Hydraulics RBADOAN (RBADOAN) is a direct-acting, pilot relief cartridge that features back-to-back check valves, enabling it to remotely control two other pilot-operated valves or serve as a thermal relief for both ends of an actuator. This valve is designed for applications where capacity is limited to pilot flow and should be paired with other valves of comparable pilot flows. The back-to-back check valves are essential in preventing cross talk between the two remotely controlled valves, and a single adjustment can manage both valves simultaneously. The check cracking pressure is set at 15 psi (1 bar), and the pressure at port 3 directly adds to the valve setting, making it suitable for load-holding applications. Designed with Sun's floating style construction, this cartridge minimizes the risk of internal parts binding due to excessive installation torque or cavity machining variations. It has a cavity size of T-11A Series 1 with a capacity of 0.25 gpm (1 L/min) and a typical response time of 2 ms.
