The Sun Hydraulics RBATCCV (RBATCCV) is a direct-acting, pilot relief cartridge designed for controlling the pressure setting of other pilot-operated valves. This product is ideal for applications requiring load holding capabilities and where back pressure on the tank port is directly additive to the valve setting at a 1:1 ratio. The RBATCCV features a main stage orifice protected by a 150-micron stainless steel screen and employs Sun's floating style construction, which minimizes the risk of internal parts binding due to excessive installation torque or variations in cavity/cartridge machining. This valve fits into a T-10A cavity and has a capacity of 0.25 gpm (1 L/min), with a maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi (350 bar).
