The Sun Hydraulics RDHALDV (Material Number: RDHALDV) is a direct-acting relief cartridge designed to protect hydraulic components from pressure transients. This normally closed, pressure-limiting valve opens to the tank port when the inlet port pressure reaches the preset valve setting, effectively throttling flow and limiting pressure rise. Notable for its smooth, quiet operation and essentially zero leakage, this valve is dirt tolerant, immune to silting, and offers rapid response times. It features physical and functional interchangeability among all 2-port relief cartridges with the same flow path and cavity for a given frame size.
