The Sun Hydraulics RPCCKAE (RPCCKAE) is a pilot-operated, balanced piston relief cartridge designed for precise pressure regulation in hydraulic systems. This normally closed valve opens to tank port 2 when the inlet port 1 pressure reaches the set threshold, effectively throttling flow to maintain desired pressure levels. Known for its accuracy and smooth operation, this valve features a low-pressure rise versus flow, making it suitable for applications requiring moderate response times and quiet performance. The RPCCKAE can handle maximum pressures up to 5000 psi (350 bar) and offers a capacity of 12 gpm (45 L/min), with factory pressure settings established at 4 gpm (15 L/min). Pilot-operated, balanced-piston relief cartridges are normally closed pressure regulating valves.
