The Sun Hydraulics RPESYNN (RPESYNN) is a pilot-operated, balanced poppet relief cartridge designed for precise pressure regulation in hydraulic systems. These normally closed valves open to tank port 2 when the inlet port 1 pressure exceeds the valve setting, effectively throttling flow to maintain stable pressure levels. Engineered for accuracy and smooth operation, these cartridges are known for their quiet performance and rapid response time of approximately 7 milliseconds. They exhibit minimal pressure rise versus flow and are resistant to issues like cavitation, noise, and manifold erosion due to internal modulating.
