The Sun Hydraulics RQCBCCV (Material Number: RQCBCCV) is a kickdown relief cartridge designed to function similarly to a circuit breaker in hydraulic systems. This valve automatically opens and remains open when the inlet port 1 pressure exceeds the set threshold, allowing unrestricted flow from port 1 to tank port 2. The valve stays open as long as the pressure at port 1 is greater than that at port 2, and it resets only when flow ceases and pressures equalize between the two ports. This model features a main stage orifice protected by a 150-micron stainless steel screen, ensuring durability and performance reliability. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for load-holding applications and should be installed on the actuator side of the system.
