The Sun Hydraulics RQIBKQN (Material Number: RQIBKQN) is a specialized kickdown relief cartridge designed to function similarly to a circuit breaker within hydraulic systems. This valve operates by completely opening and maintaining an open state once the pressure at inlet port 1 surpasses the valve's set threshold, thereby allowing unrestricted flow from port 1 to tank port 2. To reset this valve, flow between these ports must cease, and pressure at port 2 should be equal to or greater than that at port 1. This model is not suitable for load holding applications and is intended for use on the actuator side of hydraulic systems, requiring cessation of flow for resetting.
