The Sun Hydraulics RSHCCEN (RSHCCEN) is a pilot-operated, balanced piston sequence valve designed to supply a secondary circuit with flow once the pressure at the inlet port 1 exceeds the valve setting. This valve controls the pressure at port 1 relative to the pressure at the drain port 3 and remains insensitive to back pressure at port 2 up to its setting. It can replace 2-port relief valves when there is pressure in the return line. The RSHCCEN features interchangeable three-port sequence cartridges with consistent flow paths and cavity sizes for a given frame size. As inlet pressure rises above the setting, pilot flow increases, while a stainless steel screen protects the main stage orifice. The valve's maximum operating pressure is 5000 psi (350 bar), with adjustments available through W or Y controls, which can be specified with or without special settings.
