The Sun Hydraulics RVGAMYV (RVGAMYV) is a ventable, pilot-operated, balanced piston relief cartridge designed to function as a pressure regulating valve. It remains normally closed until the inlet port reaches the preset pressure, at which point it begins to open to the tank port, throttling flow to regulate pressure. This model features a vent port for remote control by other pilot or 2-way valves, providing enhanced accuracy and smooth operation with low pressure rise versus flow. The cartridge is suitable for cross-port relief circuits and can handle maximum pressure at port 2; however, it should not be used in load-holding applications due to spool leakage.
