The Sun Hydraulics RVGSCBN (RVGSCBN) is a ventable, pilot-operated, balanced poppet relief cartridge designed for precise pressure regulation in hydraulic systems. These normally closed valves open to the tank port when the inlet pressure reaches the set value, effectively throttling flow to maintain consistent pressure levels. Featuring a vent port for remote control via external pilot or two-way valves, these cartridges offer high accuracy with minimal pressure rise relative to flow. They are engineered for smooth and quiet operation while providing moderate response speed. The internal modulating mechanism of the valve makes it resistant to cavitation-related issues such as noise and manifold erosion. These cartridges are ideal for load-holding applications, provided that any connected valving on the vent port is zero leak.
