The Sun Hydraulics RVGSLNV (RVGSLNV) is a ventable, pilot-operated, balanced poppet relief cartridge designed for precise pressure regulation. This normally closed valve begins to open to tank port 2 when the inlet pressure at port 1 reaches the set threshold, effectively throttling flow to maintain desired pressure levels. It features a vent port (port 3) that allows for remote control via other pilot or 2-way valves, making it suitable for load holding applications where zero leak valving on the vent port is required. The cartridge is engineered for accuracy with minimal pressure rise versus flow, providing smooth and quiet operation with moderate response speed.
