The Sun Hydraulics SQDBQEV (SQDBQEV) is a specialized kickdown sequence valve designed for hydraulic systems requiring precise pressure control. This valve kicks completely open and remains open when the inlet port 1's pressure exceeds the set threshold, facilitating an unrestricted flow from port 1 to port 2. The valve's operation is contingent on the pressure at port 1 remaining higher than at port 2, and it resets when the pressure at port 1 falls below its setting, with no flow between ports and equal or higher pressure at port 2 compared to port 1. The SQDBQEV is interchangeable with other three-port sequence cartridges of the same frame size, offering versatility in various applications.
