The Sun Hydraulics SQFBFAN (Material Number: SQFBFAN) is a kickdown sequence valve designed to facilitate an unrestricted flow path from port 1 to port 2 once the inlet pressure at port 1 exceeds the valve setting. This valve remains open as long as the pressure at port 1 surpasses that at port 2, and it resets when the pressure drops below the set threshold, ceasing flow from port 1 to port 2. The valve is particularly suited for applications on the actuator side of hydraulic systems, as it requires cessation of flow for resetting. It features a main stage orifice protected by a 150-micron stainless steel screen and can handle a maximum operating pressure of up to 5000 psi (350 bar).
